Professional Experience

October 2018 - Present

Staff Services Analyst- Department of Industrial Relations

Maintains OSIP’s website ADA compliance by remediating PDF, Word, and Excel documents. Analyzes data and regulations in order to summarize information for management. Verifies, reviews, analyzes, and compares data submitted by self-insured employers. Works with the IT unit to provide analytical support to management.  Works with management as the treasury custodian of all Certificates of Deposits and Securities held in trust by OSIP on behalf of the DIR Director. Serves as the liasion between the bank, self-insured employers, and OSIP for various monetary functions.

October 2017 - October 2018

Management Service Technician - Department of Industrial Relations

Responsible for all OSIP purchasing functions using the FI$CAL system. Maintained office supplies and equipment. Paid invoices for all OSIP functions and supplies. Maintained rulemaking files and rulemaking mailing list. Assisted the OSIP Chief and legal counsel with the rulemaking process. Gathered documents for OSIP legal when subpoenaed. Responsible for providing information according to the Public Records Acts (PRA). Supported the Supervising Compliance Officer and the Audit Unit staff on audit functions. Coordinated the 2 Phase Audit program annually. Assisted in updating employer security deposit status in the OSIP system and prepared security deposit letters for employers. Prepared and issued invoices for several of the user funding accounts that support OSIP. Conducted special projects of an analytical nature for management.

September 2014 - December 2016

Student Assistant - Contractor's State License Board

Responsible for encoding applicant information on the Teale computer system for contractor applications. Trained new personnel in the data entry process. Kept accurate workload statistics. Worked with staff of a variety of levels including supervisors, management, and IT programming staff.
